Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated individual who is used to a fast-paced environment. Automotive sales experience NOT a requirement, but we are looking for someone with some retail experience. Our top sales staff make over $100K annually and we are looking at candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company.

• Retail sales experience of at least 1 year
• Charismatic personality
• Organized and able to keep up with volume and follow up

Pay Plan Overview:

• Aggressive commission percentages on both front-end and back-end gross
• Volume and gross bonus opportunities every month
